My name is Louise, I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor working in a non-directive way. This means you are free to use your session to explore whatever aspect of life is important to you; such as relationship difficulties, bereavement, job-loss or perhaps you just would like to get to know yourself a little better. The person centred approach allows us to work together at a pace that suits you in a non-judgemental, safe and confidential environment.
I am a registered member of the BACP and work to their ethical framework, ensuring high standards and evidence based practice.

SCHEDULE A SESSION
I work in private rooms in both Gillingham and Rochester Kent. Session charges are £50 per 50 minutes (therapeutic hour). Please feel free to call or email me with any questions with no obligation.
I have returned to face-to-face work, however continue to offer zoom sessions for clients who prefer to work on-line.
Due to the Covid Pandemic I have been offering on-line sessions via zoom at a reduced rate of £40 per therapeutic hour.
